Wild Artichoke Gin Tincture
Wild artichoke is said to improve cholesterol levels, while regulating blood pressure and improving liver health. It was traditionally prepared as a tincture, and consumed.
5tbs Wild artichoke leaves, finely chopped
750 ml Gin
Put the wild artichoke in a jar and pour the gin over it. Close the jar tightly, and let it infuse for 36 hours.
Store in a bottle or jar in a cool and dark place for up to one year.
